1. The planner itself collects nothing

Smart Budget Planner 2027 runs entirely in your browser. The information you enter (income, expenses, budgets, savings) is stored only on your device. The planner does not connect to the internet, and we never receive or have access to that information.

2. What we collect when you buy

To process your order, we collect your name, email address, billing address and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Why we use it

  • To deliver your download and send your order confirmation.
  • To provide support and handle refunds.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy). We may share data with payment, tax and accounting providers when needed to complete your order or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

Our store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, your cart and checkout), and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing artdekocreator@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es). California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
